What strange things is Google Earth concealing that older satellite photos clearly show? The cloud of secrecy descended immediately after Matt spoke about these things on the Alex Jones show, in particular, the search term “Butt Mountain Blacksburg Virginia” was disabled by Google.

Digging into this subject has led me down the rabbit hole to discover that I need to replace the Wikipedia article on Allen Dulles, which is nothing but a whitewash. (See my preliminary attempt at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Allen_Welsh_Dulles/debunking). I'm buying numerous old and out-of-print books and magazine articles. Making great progress: I have just finished scanning and OCR-ing an entire book, the out-of-print classic Facts and Fascism by George Seldes (1943), the first two chapters are already extant on the web at http://www.thirdworldtraveler.com/George_Seldes/Facts_and_Fascism.html. I have hopes of posting the balance of the book as a resource, as initial probing seems to indicate it is out of copyright.

But I have neglected the very easy addition to this page devoted to the Blacksburg shooting — an omission I will now correct:

A rather high-profile story (in the scale of esoteric materials we must deal with) is Cathy O'Brien, a woman who was trapped in a Mind Control network from the age of 18 months. At the very least, it can be established that the text about Blacksburg quoted below is over a decade old.

Mark: “Yes! I was aware of it when I was couriering file tapes for Ampex. My perception of DARPA is that it holds the key to what is eroding the soul of America- and the world. Everything I know may still be classified.”

Cathy: “Then I won’t ask you what you saw.” I said, aware that laws of Sedition could result in his imprisonment if anyone found out he was talking.

So that in itself is a massive tent-flap lifted on the secret underpinnings of this event. In my opinion, and especially with some digging I have done into Columbine, John Lennon's assassination, the attempted murder of Reagan (by the wacked son of one of GHW Bush's debtors and close friend of the family, plus partner in major oil business ventures and having evidence of involvement with intel activity) this Blacksburg event is part of a long-term preparation for the implementation of Martial Law. Shining lots of light on these events will provide a substantial dis-incentive to those who are minded to put them into place.

Example of media attention preventing state-sponsored attrocities: the Nixon tapes, twenty years after the fact, revealed that Nixon had seriously considered using tactical nuclear weapons in Vietnam, but a mass protest in DC dissuaded him (this from "Richard Nixon's Nuclear War Plans" — includes footnotes to all quotes):

"I had to decide what to do about the (November) ultimatum... I knew, however, that after all the protests and the (Vietnam) Moratorium (marches), American public opinion would be seriously divided by any military escalation of the war... On October 14th, I knew for sure my ultimatum failed... A quarter of a million people came to Washington for the October 15th moratorium" [The Memoirs of Richard Nixon (p497-9)]

Sadly, this was by no means the only occasion when Nixon was prepared to use nuclear weapons.

"There were three4 other instances when I considered using nuclear weapons. One was in the '73 (Arab-Israeli Yom Kippur) war... A second time involved China (during the 1969 border clashes with the Soviet Union)... Finally, there was the Indo-Pak (istan) War... There was no question what we would have done" [Time — 29 July 1985] (emphasis in original).

4-23-07: I'm planning an expanded section on the subject of MK-ULTRA and its sequellae. But just scratching the surface, I am staggered by the mass of information.
